Beginners, "stick with it!"
Published by
Hey, I just completed my first season of cross country and I loved it. However, just because the season is over does not mean that you should stop your workouts. It may not seam very important to you to run durining the winter and summer, but is really is very important! I know that the people on my cross country team that run over the summer a normally the ones racking in the medals. So whatever you do don't stop running if you really want to be a successfull runner next season. Get up with a friend who also runs and if they live near you maybe you can get up a little earlier in the morning and meet at a certain location in you neighborhood to run to school and back during the day. That's not a bad idea if you really want to be a excellent runner next season. That what I do and it really hleps keep me in shape during the offseason. Well, gotta "run."
